Great winter trail shoe

Shoe feels great - especially if you like a stiffer shoe (compared to something like the Salomon XA Pro). The GoreTex liner really keeps your feet warm. It's certainly breathable enough to allow wicking of sweat but I wouldn't want to wear these in the summer (but then I wouldn't do this with any XCR show). The support on these is pretty good although maybe lacking a little in the arch - but good overall for heal strike - maybe comparable to the Adidas Supernova (my personal favorite trail shoe).
Fit and function are great

The Endurus XCR Boa sizing run big between 1/2 and 1 size too big. My case was 1/2 size. The Northotic insoles feel great on my feet. THe shoe sticks to the rocks well preventing slipping. I've been impressed so far. This weekend I'll test out the Gore-tex with some mud and water.

These shoes are great! They are lightweight comfy and the boa system works flawlessly. Only thing is that they run a little big compared to many other brands. Definitely worth the extra money.
Great functionality, not the best fit.
