I ordered them for the longer length. When I got them I was not sure whether to keep them or not. I ordered the small ( I wear a 4) and they felt smaller then what I usually wear. I love all the pockets. the waistband could be softer that's why the 4 rating.
Otherwise they are great no chafing no riding up - even after a 7 mile run. I am ordering a second pair...

Was surprised when I opened them---didn't seem like much short for the money. They didn't weigh anything just not much to them. But it turns out that's what I love about this short. Lightweight material is strong and stretchy even the built-it panty dries extremely fast great for body movement and feel. The pockets are great and since I couldn't decide which color I wanted I ordered two pair and glad I did!

Love these shorts!! Long enough to cover junk that needs covered but light enough to dry quickly. I just ordered my 3rd pair.
