Starting off with the con's I agree with many of you: the jacket is especially tight in the armpits and the arms. I like to wear hoodies over a tee shirt during the winter and the arms are borderline too tight when I add that layer. It actually makes it very difficult to look at my watch. Otherwise it is wonderful.
Full sized pockets fit a lot of things and it has really stood the warmth and wind test of the New England winter that doesn't seem to end...

It's cut to fit a woman's body. Long sleeves. Won't expose your midriff when you raise your arms. Medium to heavy weight fleece. Breathable and best of all completely windproof! Wish I would have bought this before any of my other fleece coats!!
