Excellent fit and great fabric. Extremely well made. Have not been able to try it out in the cold weather as yet though so I can't comment on that.

It's a shell so it has a zip in capability (not compatible w/all). I wore it to Scotland/London and it was raining and windy. Water would roll off or shake off easily. It blocks in wind but i wore it with their gravity soft shell (not zip-in compat). Better than my North Face Summit shell...
