| Favorite all weather coat

This jacket fits a womens body greatly. The only problem I have experienced is that the white colored jacket pills and picks up dark colored fuzz really easily making it look dirty. It does wash really well but the pilling doesn't go away.
Arc'teryx Maverick Women Small

I bought this fleece as a replacement to my Monkey fleece from Mountain Hardware which was stolen and was saddely back order when time to purchase a new one. So I gave the Arc'teryx Maverick a try and was very pleased by the product.
The fit is excellent adjustable at the waist to assure a great confort. It is a warm fleece and quite resistant to wind. It's my second skin indoors and outdoors. I havn't tried it yet under heavy exercice my belief is that it will be too warm as a under layer but appropriate when I stop. A great choice I recommend.

Bought this for my wife. She loved the fit warmth and comfort but didn't like the color.
The jacket has a great look for women. It is not bulky like some other fleeces. Would be great under a ski shell.
Exceptionally Warm

I cannot be more pleased with this jacket. It is surprisingly warm without the irksome bulk particularly for layering. The jacket fits beautifully - though one should be warned that Arc'Teryx's fit is somewhat smaller that most other brands. I use it under a soft shell for ice-climbing so there is lots of arms-over-head movement but the jacket stays put. All in all a thoughtfully-designed lovely piece.
great fit for women, extremely comfortable

tried a couple of fleeces before I decided on the Maverick. it was also the priciest of the lot. but given the fit (beautiful tapered cut) and the soft fleece I think it was one of the best investments I made. the fleece exterior does NOT pile wash after wash. though not entirely windproof its great for exercise or as a layer under a waterproof shell.
