This jacket weighs almost nothing rolls up into a teeny-tiny ball and looks great on. The fit is way roomier and a bit boxier than my Arc'teryx softshell jacket. This is presumably so you can fit down vests & such underneath but if you are between sizes you may still be able to size down. The main colour of the "Rouge" is a nice bright red not pink -- yay! The hood is well cut and large enough to easily fit over a helmet. The main zipper seems a little bit sticky but it might get smoother with time. Note: unlike most Arc'teryx stuff this jacket is made in China (not Vancouver).
