There is no direct bus from Sassnitz town to the new ferry terminal.
Take a bus heading south (ligne 20?), get off at "Dubnitz" or "Mukran Hülsenkrug", and be ready to walk about 40 mns to the passenger terminal.
The bus connects only with some departures to Sweden.
Svaneke hostel ( Bornholm)
Attention, the hostel doesn't accept individual travellers unless they intend to book a whole room, so it's OK for a group of four, rather expensive for two, and an-affordable for a single traveller ;-)

These are the guys that offer the Explore Norway ticket every summer which enables unlimited flights for two weeks all over the country. Apologies if this is seen as advertising but it's an amazing product for people wanting to see the whole country. I have a contact at the airline and have suggested to them they let campers carry tents on board without charging excess baggage - could be a good publicity stunt for them.
thanks very much

The rest will probably take some detective work and depend very much on your personal preferences.
There are at present no local trains leaving from Trelleborg, only buses (which leave about half-hourly during the day). The local bus station is located about 500 metres north of the ferry terminal (behind the main square, ie just north of the local museum/old water tower).
For central Malmö: bus #146 (it also stops en route, for instance, at Mobilia, near one of the hostels). For Copenhagen: bus #146 to Malmö C (central station), then train, or bus #346 to Hyllie station, then train. It is possible to buy combination tickets bus/Copenhagen train from Trelleborg, also from the bus driver. No cash payment is however accepted on board the bus, only credit or debit card (or prepaid card), or buy the ticket in advance from Moxy's kiosk at the bus station. For Lund or Helsingborg (and some Gothenburg connections) it is possible to change at either Malmö C or Hyllie. For Stockholm, change at Malmö C.

A friend of mine is doing MA in Uppsala, Sweeden and is really fascinated by the beauty of the country. Magnificent landscapes and such a great architecture. I have seen some pictures, it is really fantastic. I believe there is a lot to see in the Scandinavian countries.57
I can contribute with Hotelstockholm24.com for o complete guide of all hotels and districts in Stockholm.
