1I stayed at the Dar Rabha about a month ago. It was expensive for Morocco (about £10 per night), but standard for Fes. Breakfast was included in the price and it was enormous, I didn't need to eat again all day, just a snack for dinner, which brings costs down. It's incredibly beautiful, and comfortable. It's also easy to get to - you don't have to spend ages wandering around the medina to find it, as it's just around the corner from either the Blue Gate or one of the main squares (Place Batha).
If you're on a budget though be careful in Fes - I was ripped off badly. I was a woman alone, and found that shopkeepers (or their 'guides') blocked my way in the street so I was forced into the shop ('just for a look, no obligation'), then stood in the doorway and wouldn't let me out of the shop until I bought something at a hugely inflated price. I'd only go back if I were in a group.
