what to choose..Hi people
we have 17 days in Philipines flying to clark in november(i know is not the best season)
we want some scenary places and villages, some relax beaches and diving and if is possible some surfing(beguinners)
places not too much crowded
what option do you prefer?
North luzon+la union or baler(surf)+Palawan(if we have time coron to dive)
palawan is crowded? another option could be North Luzon +Camigun+Siquijor
what do you think?i think the doubt is to choose between north luzon or Camiguin

1You are somewhat shy on time but I did a somewhat similar trip (with a lot more days) in Nov/11. Flew from Manila (Clark in your case) to Palawan, then back to MNL and up to La Union (San Jose) for the remainder of the trip, weather was generally good, occasional afternoon showers in both places. I'll be in San Jose next month, I don't expect any major weather issues but as always, have an alternate plan. Remember, you need at least 10 days for Palawan.
I was in San Juan last year beginning of November as well, weather was fine.
You don't have time to do 3 different places, pick 2 or you'll spend your trip at airports/ferries/on the bus.
Personally, with only 17 days I'd just stay on Palawan, I spent 15 days there and wanted more, only had to leave coz I had a plane to catch.

3The nearest surfing and scuba diving is not far away from Clark airport in the province of Zambales.
Subic Bay is around 1.5 hours by bus and caters for scuba diving while Pundaquit is further north about another hour and is a surfing spot.
Pundaquit also has some nice unspoilt islands nearby called Capones and Camara and a stunning place called Anawangin Cove.
For pictures/vids of Zambales
Myself and my better half are off to Zambales again in November and maybe Morong in Bataan which is close to Subic Bay and a quiet beach destination. I've bookmarked some of the hotels so I might as well share them.
You could easily do this with Palawan
