Weight Loss and Fitness MonthI am thinking about taking a month somewhere where I can reset and focus on losing some weight, eating healthy, getting fit, and generally just relaxing. I would love to find a place that has some yoga or other fitness classes on offer as well as possibly has some trekking or hiking or other outdoor activities available. And obviously somewhere that I can rent a room fairly cheaply for a month. Ideally it would be on or near a beach but beggars can't be choosers.
Can anyone think of somewhere that might fit the bill? I'd likely be there for March if that matters. Thanks in advance for any answers!

1I always lose weight when I travel in SEA, If you keep active on the go and also eat local foods, in Thailand eat on streets much cheaper and often safer than restaurants ie Padthai or meat/ veg on rice etc etc head changmai do 3 day trek among ethnics then into Laos speedboat down to luam phrabang vang vienne tubing onto Konglor caves and bolavan plateau pakse day trip , then don det kayaking and from here to angkor wat siem reap, onto battambang & bamboo railway and from here paillin to border chantaburi and trat in Thailand and crash on beach Koh Chang for few days before going home.
You will not only lose weight but feel a lot fitter.

3Thanks much for the responses! I've actually lived in Thailand and traveled around SE Asia quite a bit, and lost some weight while doing it. I just realized I wasn't very specific or accurate about what I am looking for.
I want to find one place where I could settle in for a month, maybe one town or city, that would have some trekking or hiking and would have some yoga classes or other fitness classes available. I'm looking at it a bit to lose weight but also just to plant my feet for a month or so and relax.
Any ideas here?

8The beach is really the lowest on my list of priorities. Lovina looks really nice though! Would there be yoga or other things available? How about any hiking or trekking? I read about the Lovina Hills but can't tell if they're suited for that.
I have been to Chaing Dao and really loved it but I'm afraid there's not enough to do there either. Am I wrong? I was there during Christmas and only for a couple days so I can't be sure.

9I stayed hotel behind beach and then only for few days and the bus or minivans go down to Ubud and Kuta from there.
I trekked many years ago the Chang Dao route on the Burmese border much nicer than touristy Maeteng or Mae rim
theres so mudh unexplored in teh Thaton and Fang regions what about Laos? Muang sing and Phongsali areas with beautiful scenery and ideal for longer stay
Thaton and Maesalong
