SE AsiaHi Guys!
I´m off to Mumbay next mounth!
Since a lot of you seem to have both good ideas and experience, i thought i could write my planned route and see if someone have some critic or tips. I would be thankfull!
My plan is to head out south, against Sri Lanka. Have a few weeks there, and then go up north, along the Indian eastcoast. And when arrived to Nepal, i´d like to live in some kind of Tempel, as a munk. Anyone who knows if thats possible?
From Nepal trough bangladesh and Burma could be a possible way to Laos, any recomendations, someone who have tried?
After laos it would be cool to travel south across Vietnam, and later in to Cambodja. I´ve heard it´s a lot to see there.
After cambodja i dont really have a plan. Indonesia, Malaysia or the Phillipines maby could be something?
As you can se its a quite scetchy route, but it feels good to keep it that way. Whats youre opinion, am i wrong?
To end up with a bit more specific question...
Ive got my Visa for India, but don´t know if it´s any idea to get one for the other contries. Since i dont know my date of arrivial anyway. Should i get all of them before i leave or is it possible to fix it during the trip?
