Selika Kuvet, Beykoz, İstanbul (for Polonezköy)Hi!
There's no public transport to Polonezköy.
But it's only 6,9 km from Selika Kuvet, Beykoz. So it's not a big deal for a hiker.
Are there any buses from Beşiktaş to Selika Kuvet or Acarlar Mh?

4I wanted to ask, if I can trust the website.
But you are right:
"DUTDERE – Beykoz" stop (Beykoz, Dutdere Caddesi) of the bus 15KÇ (is 8,1 km from Polonezköy)
"ÇAMLIK – Ümraniye" stop (Beykoz, Kamer Çıkmazı) of the bus 122B (is 6,8 km from Polonezköy)
So these both are good options, but I live in Fulya (even though I study in Maçka) and thus it's more convinient to take a bus from "MECİDİYEKÖY – Şişli"(http://www.yoltarifi.com/istanbul/hat/122B/) than "ÜSKÜDAR CAMİ ÖNÜ – Üsküdar"(http://www.yoltarifi.com/istanbul/hat/15K%C3%87/).
Thanks, have a nice day!

5As I expected "ÇAMLIK – Ümraniye" is an other ÇAMLIK - not the one near Polonezköy.
On Asian side of Bosphorus there is a microbus from Paşabahçe to Acarkent (1.75 TL), which will drop you at "Polonezköy yolu" near "Acarkent C kapısı", if you ask. You can get there also by buses 135A KAVACIK - ACARKENT or 11CT ÜMRANİYE – KAVACIK. The remaining 7,5 km you may hitch or hike. The asfalt paved road goes through a nice hilly forest and is quite comfortable. You may see pheasants or other specimens of local fauna on your way. If you are less lucky, you can watch their photos attached to the protective fence of highway. To reach Paşabahçe you can take 15BK from Kadıköy or 121A from Mecidiyeköy bus terminal near Mecidiyeköy metro station.
