1Can you confirm what you mean by e-visa?
As in, do you want an agent to get the visa for you?
Or are you looking for the official online application for a business VOA?
If you do not have business sponsorship for a business VOA then tourist visas must be done at the Myanmar embassy (in whatever country you are in at the time).
You could probably get a visa agent do wait in the queue for you but unless you are unable to do that then it would seem a waste of money.
If you have company sponsorship then the VOA process and application is here (offical website):-

I can recommend www.myanmarvisa.com , we were originally going to send our passports to the Myanmar embassy in Australia but could not have our passports gone for the time they needed them. Tried this company and they were fantastic. Only had to send a scan of our passports, pay a small fee and a couple of other forms. They emailed us back with the Visa letter within a couple of weeks. When we arrived in Yangon there was a lovely lady there to meet us and walk us through the visa and customs and get us a taxi to our hotel. A very painless process in a country where things can sometimes be quite difficult.

5Just last week I found a .gov web site that looked official but today is not available - maybe an insight into how official it was.
