Airline Consideration for EU trip (SIN-LHR)Hi guys, I have decided to land in London for my trip, but there are obviously tons of airlines to choose from... Here are my choices-
a) Malaysia Airlines (drive up to KL- good chance to visit relatives- from KL to LHR)- 1460 SGD
b) Singapore Airlines (SIN-LHR)- 2405 SGD
c) Turkish Airlines (SIN-Istanbul-LHR)- 1560 SGD
So? Which one?

3SGD = Singaporean Dollars. Everyone I know here in EU keeps track of the SGD-euro rate, mredman, don't tell me you don't! Tsk, tsk.
Anyway, currency in this case isn't very relevant since MH is obviously the cheapest, followed by TK and SQ. All these airlines have a good safety record and a reputation for good to excellent in-flight service.
If I were to chose, my first priorities would be flight timings and price - I would happily pay â¬100 more if that means I arrive at a more convenient time of the day.

4All 3 are decent options....I'd say Singapore Airlines is the best, but then it is also the most expensive.
SD1000 is a lot of money for me (for you non-experienced SE Asian travellers, that is about 600 euros or so) so I'd go with a or c.
Personally..if i had time...I'd go Turkish and have a few days in Istanbul. Its a great city!
