2There's a number of excellent cooking shows broadcast on Canal Once out of D.F. that we watch regularly, but I don't recall one called "bigote" although I know of an upscale restaurant in Colonia Cuahtemoc named "Bigote" and since some of these shows are hosted by chefs from various restaurants in D.F., it may be that the show you are looking for is hosted by the chef from this restaurant.
Have you watched the Ruta de Sabor with Miguel Conde (also canal once)? Great show in which the host (Miguel) travels around Mexico showing how various regional dishes are prepared.

3Maybe it was Aquiles Chavez' show on Utilisima in Mexico.
Here is the website with episodes:
There are lots of videos of him on YouTube if you switch your preference of country to the Mexico version of YouTube, and use the search terms "Aquiles Chavez Utilisima".

8My favorite cooking show now is hosted by ARIEL RODRIGUEZ PALACIOS from Argentina . All , OK most all, his food is done on wood grills. And a meat eaters dream show.
Too fun to watch although my wife makes fun of his spanish.
