NOCs needed for Sukkur - travel in rural Sindh/PunjabHi all - NOC update - it appears you now need a no-objection certificate (NOC) for parts of northern Sindh and southern Punjab that you didn't before - I'm working here so I face tighter restrictions and this may not always affect those on a tourist visa but - the need for extra docs and permission slips seems to be increasing slowly, and arbitrarily - so if you're planing travel in the boonies in northern Sindh and southern Punjab - eg Multan, Sukkur, Jacobabad etc - contact the Ministry of Interior beforehand to double-check what paperwork you now need.

3Rural area of Sindh and Punjab is now close due to security reasons. It is almost impossible to get NOC for those area. Before applying for NOC , keep in mind that you have security clearness certificate from ministry of interior. This restriction will affect till to date of election. Thing may change after election.
