Jerusalem to Bethlehem by busHi,
Are there now busses which go all the way from Jerusalem to Bethlehem? Last time I took one, or even last few times, seemed only to find busses that went to the check-point and then got a taxi. If there are now ones that go all the way I'd love some advice on how to find the right one, and how much they cost.

21 - You take the 124 blue bus from Damascus Gate to Rachel Tomb's checkpoint. The Israeli army does not let buses cross into Bethleem, which means you must cross the checkpoint on foot. Once on the other side, you can take a taxi, it's pretty cheap
2 - You can take the bus 21 from Damascus Gate to Bethleem, through Beit Jala. It's a much longer way but it's picturesque. It goes through settlers checkpoints, where buses are allowed to cross through.
