Halo to all of youFirst Many Thanks for answer to my questions . l am arriving in Istanbul end of April
there are bucket of questions............though l try to ask you few of them.
can you Please tell me as
**Danish citizen do l need a visa ??** and if l do need visa what are the criteria ??
for example l know is available on the border / airport but how much cost ?? and for how long ?? entries ??
........
second what is the cheapest public transport possible from 'Ataturk' international airport to the center of the city ??

Theo,you are very lucky,Danish passport holders can enter Turkey for 90 days visa free :)http://www.mfa.gov.tr/visa-information-for-foreigners.en.mfa
If you arrive between 06.00 and midnight you can use the metro and tram to reach the city.
From outside the airport buy a token for 3TL for the metro.This will take you as far as Zeytinburnu where you buy another 3TL token and board the tram to Sultanahmet,Sirkeci,Eminönü or Karaköy depending where you plan to stay.
There are routes plans above the doors of metro and tram plus there are clear voice anmnouncements as each stop approaches so you will know when to get off.

No need visa, and that easy transport between airport and town l understood it very well
l am flying by the Turkish airlines and l am planning stop-over in IST
right now l am on waiting list so l don't know exactly the date most likely middle to end of April
l find out in couple of weeks the right date. and l may ask you
