Looking for trekking partner(s) Annapurna Circuit end of March (after Holi)

Hi,

I am a 24 year old girl from the Netherlands.. arrived in Kathmandu yesterday and am planning to do the Annapurna Circuit starting the end of march (right after celebrating Holi, so maybe 29/30 march?). I have little experience with hiking trough mountains (did climb 4,095 m Mt. Kinabalu in Malaysia 2 weeks ago), but I guess having enough motivation is most important :)!

First I thought about trekking by myself, but decided that it is more safe and fun to walk together with others.

Hi,

My wife (French) and I (Irish) (both 30) will be arriving in Nepal on Sunday and plan on doing the same trek. We're planning on meeting up with a few trekking partners, either in Kathmandu or at tea houses on the trek.

It would be easier if we could meet up with a few people before leaving Kathmandu as we could look at sharing the cost of a jeep for part of the journey, but I haven't looked at the cost of this.

i wanted to trek on my own, no porters no guides... but i think a partner or a group would be nice. its good to have someone to look after your bag. its more safe. im from switzerland, 25 years old and no trekking experience. but a lot of motivation.

My girlfriend and I are going to start around then too. I hiked it in 2010 and am really looking forward to going back. Maybe we'll see you all on the trail!
