MGM will send shock waves through the investment world with its withdrawal from Ho Tram.Major operators will look at Vietnam sideways after this.

Don't get me started...Right hand: "We really, really want as much foreign investment here as possible, especially in infrastructure - which we can't pay for ourselves"

Even too hard for one of the world's biggest companies. They spent a lot of dough with training 2,000 staff and set up, but walked away because it was all too hard.I don't think the VN gov has the slightest idea of the repucussions of this. The Sands Group has turned their back already. Huge investors will muck around with a load of rubbish. Why bother? when elsewhere it's simple.
