Hi ecrane!Welcome to TT!
I can't provide you first hand info. There were some comments about it in this forum but the forum was closed on Christmas and not all the content is back. In any case, you can take a look at the Nigerian Inmigration Service where there's info about a visa on arrival. I don't know if it'll work in practice though. I hope it helps you someway.

Hi ecrane,Yes! It is possible to get a visa on arrival. but, it invovles some rigorous process and you might also not meet some of the criteria to get one. So, it is advisable to get a visa from your country of residence before travelling. Visit the Nigerian Immigration Service wesite to see the requirements and to guide you, but, it is not a guarantee.
If further assistant/support is required or for other services mail nigeriatouristguide@gmail.com

Hi Ecrane, there are rumors that recently you get a visa on arrival but so far I've not talked to someone who had success. You don't tell us, which country you are from but I guess it will be wise to apply for a visa in your country and well before travelling. If you want to try it anyway, don't forget to tell us whether you had success with the visa on arrival or not.
