2 days country-side Dublin

Hi all!

Could anyone recommend me a scenic route in the country-side of Ireland? I would like to escape Dublin for two days and sleep somewhere in the country-side, see the lush green fields of Ireland and maybe some of the coastline. Could anyone recommend me a certain route and/or maybe a quintessential Irish town to spend the night?
