4-Day Vacation from Cape Town

Hi there,
I am on break from the University of Cape Town and am looking for suggestions for a possible short trip. My housemates and I are looking to rent a car and leave for about 4 days (possibly 5). We were considering the Garden Route, but I have already seen Knysna and Mossel Bay. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Plan a trip to include the West Coast National Park (http://www.sanparks.org/parks/west_coast/), Langebaan and Saldanha Bay, also the nearby West Coast Fossil Park (http://www.fossilpark.org.za/). Then on to the Cedarberg (http://www.cederberg.com/) and Clanwilliam and also take in Lamberts Bay and have lunch at the Muisbosskerm (book in advance - see http://www.muisbosskerm.co.za/ ).
