Machu Picchu who to go with?

I've got a decent quote from a company for the 4 day Inca Trail. I wonder has anyone else used them. Manos Dos Would you recommend?

Not sure if this is okay to ask, but would appreciate advice.

Dos Manos are an official Inca Trail operator, they also run a spanish school. I haven't heard any reports of them as an operator.
