Snowboarding in St Anton

Hi there,

I will be travelling solo to St Anton the following week(March 16th-23rd). I am an advanced snowboarder looking for other people to ride with and/or meet up for drinks. It's my first time in St Anton so any tips and advice particularly on offpiste riding would be welcome.

Looking forward to hearing from you

Thanks

I am an intermediate boarder and personally found st anton to be extremely challenging, even on "beginner" runs. For some reason, there are tonnes of moguls on almost every slope which sucks for snowboarding. I didn't see many offpiste opportunities, I probably would have tried some out to avoid moguls. But if you like challenging runs, you will like St Anton. The locals told us that it was considered one of the hardest slopes in the world and is generally for "sporty" people. I.e. not for leisure.
