Is Sampeng Lane shops (China Town) open on sundays??? or 90 percent closed like the Jewellry Centre in Silom???Also what about the shops in Phaurat???
Would appreciate if someone living near this area knows.

Well Chinese food comes in all shapes and sizes. We dont frequent any of the sharksfin places for obvious reasons, and I'm not a huge fan of Chinese food in general, however we do go to a small place on Yaowarat road (number 442) which is between a gold shop and a 7-11 opposite the White Orchid hotel.Does the best crispy pork I have ever had, thats the main reason we go there. Although more of a lunch time place than dinner.
