Day trip around bohol not on a motorbikeI am spending 3 days in bohol and want to visit chocolate hills, tarsiers and bohol bee farm (prefer to spend a full day seeing all these things, then 2 days relaxing). I am a solo female traveller and have never driven a motorbike so I would not feel comfortable scooting around Filipino roads as an inexperienced driver.
Do travel agencies or guesthouse a organise group tours to these places? I would like to be able to go with some other people if possible but don't want to use local buses as I imagine this would take forever!
I am planning to stay around alona beach so any recommendations in that area would be great.
Also looking for a nice laid back place to stay in alona if any suggestions
Thanks so much

2You should be able to arrange a day tour easily, taking in the tourists spots,Baclayon church, the Tarsiers,Loboc river cruise and Chocolate hills etc. Expect to pay about P2000 for a car/van with driver. If you can find some others to share a van then you can split the cost

6I've stayed here before - outstanding deal, includes motorbike for 650p/nite. They are about 8-10 minutes to the beach though, hence the M/C included with the room. I used the bike to tour up to the Chocolate Hills and beyond.
Oops, sorry, I see you don't want a bike

7all you need really is a motorbike and driver with you getting on the back. Weather needs to be good though as it wouldn't be much fun in the rain. I would say 500 plus gas, for all day for bike and driver would be about right for Alona though you can get motorbike and driver in the province all day for less.

8I was going to suggest Hope Homes too. Even though I read the motorbike bit.
Every hotel I have been inside on Bohol offers tours of Bohol. Every type of transport I have been in, the driver will offer a tour of Bohol. If not done by himself, it will be a relative.
I have done 7 day tours of Bohol. the last 3 with Albert Odtohan. His details are here, if you are interested.

I asked him recently what his prices are. He told me P2500 in a car and P3000 in a van. The price is for car, fuel and driver. And is for a group, not per person. Entrance fees and meals are extra. His prices are negotiable so you could try him for less.
