Why on earth would you want a gun in a foreign country, much less have to use it and live with both the consequences and your conscience. I'd rather hand over my money but that's just me.I heard that there was an overload due to Solo's posts and that's the real reason for the meltdown. As far as Steve's obsession for you...everyone needs a hobby.
I really miss sending Eddy PMs...they were full of expletives on my part and might be my fault for them not coming back. I think he knows it was all in fun and bad taste because I always signed off...Love, Scoot..after totally trashing him.

Still think it's ridiculous not being able to PM. Every other forum has that option and it shouldn't even be necessary to moderate. Delete as you go if you don't like the ones you receive...simple as that. If that function did not exist I would have never met Dimitri and his wife ( they have property in town), Maire 54, GenofromColorado and VeryPat who stayed over at the house, Steve who I met up with in Dominical, or BOOMER1, who I bought a car from.I washed her inside and out this morning by the way LB1, and she looks mighty fine with the new tires...will send pics next time i have guests in bikinis to lay on the hood and interior.

As far as I know, Geno is back in Colorado. Drove by his house the other day and it's been totally remodeled with a transport truck sitting outside. By chance i was looking at a video about Las Tumbas and noticed his kids were at the school in the video but that was a while ago.Kris, his wife used to sell preserves at the farmer's market in Uvita but haven't run into her this year so think they all went back to the states.
They were lots of fun to hang out with and hope they check back in on ThornTree someday.
Edit function is back...correction, met Steve in Uvita and had breakfast at the Dome with his friends then went for a ride in the Boomsmobile...not many people can say they've done that and would encourage others to bring a camera and autograph book if the opportunity arises.
Oh yeah..still waiting for Xinloi to show up at my door one day...one of my all time favorite TT posters and lucky things I got his e-mail address before the ThornTree conspiracy was under way.

A little snarky number twenty four. Oh well, can't say that I blame you, have you finished shoveling your walk?I'm outside enjoying the morning, have YOUR tv screen set up on the bar listening to Alice in Chains unplugged on YOUR stereo system, getting ready for this afternoons marguerita party.
Must suck to be you...oh well
