hi ive got about 16 hours to decide and book my flight if i'm going to go to the Philippines.
I dont have a lonley planet on it, so all the help would be great.Looking at going in August,What is the weather like then? I'd be there for 7-10 days where would be best to go?
My return flight is 07.40 am from clark ,what is the best way and how long would it take to get there from MANILA?

Thanks

august = wet/typhoon season
where to go = depends on your interests (you can browse the destinations section on this site)
manila to clark = approx 2 hours, i always prefer to play it safe & spend the night in the city my flight departs from rather than risk missing the flight due to any unexpected delays

seem a bit rushed...August is not considered the best time of year to tour the Philippines, its the typhoon season. You could look at the Visayas, its the central Philippines and is more sheltered.

you can fly in and out of Clark from Cebu (also Kalibo and Davao) and you don't have to go to Manila at all.
