train from solo
Hi,Can anybody tell me if I can board the train between Jogjakarta and Surabaya in Solo.I would like to spend a night in Solo after a few days in Jogja but would also like to catch the train which leaves Jogja in the morning.
By the way I have just been able to book a Lion Air flight from Bali to Jogja via the internet using an Australian mastercard.Something that I was not able to do last year.

The 7.30 am train from Yogya to Surabaya stopped in Solo as far as I can remember and I assume there would be other trains. Seat61.com has links to the Indonesian railway site which should give you other times to get there.2
Do you mean you book the train from Jogja to Surabaya but board it in Solo?Yes you can. KA Sancaka Pagi leave Jogja 7.15am, you can board the train at Solo Balapan 8am and arrive at Surabaya Gubeng 12.35pm.
