a new accommodation option in Sagaing

This newly opened place in Sagaing would be a fine option if you have your own cycle, motorbike or car and driver. Probably a less good option if you don't , as it's far from the centre, and no drivers hanging around.
It's a brand new complex of large spotless but simple bungalows, with big comfy double beds and cold water only bathrooms. It's set right on the outskirts of town , in its own vegetable garden, with a residential, almost rural atmosphere. It's very good value- $15 double. The owner speaks a little english. You would need to call ahead to get directions.(I have their card, but it's in Burmese!) phone number is The Sagaing motor taxi drivers know it.
