TACV booking procedure

TACV booking procedure

I have tried to book flights using TACV internet booking form , but when it comes to pay they want you to have as your card´s provider “ Vinti4”, and there is no place for any other/foreign alternative. Does it mean that TACV accepts only locally issued cards by this Vinti4? And no cards attached to foreign banks?

According to their web, they accept Visa and Master Card too although it doesn't say if they accept foreign issued Visas and Marter Cards. However, if you can't see an option for Visa or Master Card perhaps that option isn't available yet (or at the moment)...

Only CapeVerde-issued cards are apparently being accepted. Prices on Opodo etc. tend to be significantly more expensive.

http://www.alsatour.de/ can book the tickets for you. I used this agency last month and recommend it highly.
