Tigerline users

I want to travel Tigerline Phi Phi to Lipe soon - but also including a stop at Ko Muk for a few days along the way. Can I do this on the one Phi Phi-Lipe ticket?
To stall the usual suspects, I have checked the website and it makes no mention of this. Sure, I could send an email, but past experience tells me that language difficulties often means results are less clear than asking here where almost everyone understands what my problem is.
