Faroe Islands in Spring time?

Hello,

I looked at weather websites, but can someone give me first-hand experience for the weather on the Faroe Islands in March or April? At the moment there seems to be a lot of mist. Does it hang over all the islands for weeks and weeks or isn't it quite that bad? What about the potential rain intensity? Thanks a lot,

I've been there twice. It's beautiful, but don't expect sunshine. It usually rains almost everyday, although, it usually doesn't rain all day, passing showers throughout the day.
