Looks good. 48 hours is a fairly standard and typical visit time to HCMC.

The Post Office is already listed in the article.

I don't care for the Rex rooftop bar. Much prefer Saigon Saigon at the Caravelle if I"m going to pay outrageous prices for drinks.

I cant be bothered with any of those overpriced tourist traps, give me a deck chair by the river or head down to Van Thanh park in District 1, the nicest spot in the city.

Fair comment rk-there are plenty of options without being stung!
Bisbee- outrageous prices for drinks true the prices are like Sydney, London, Paris, New York but hello!...it's HCM where the average salary is only $100-$200 per month!

No mention of the fabulous cafes and/or coffee. The Highlands behind the Opera House is great for people-watching and taking a breather from the hustle and bustle.

^ true Jeff there are some good cafes and coffee shops outside the exorbitantly priced ones in 4-5star hotels.
