I've never tried spinach with lasagna, buy I am open to most variations as long as they don't included canned peaches in syrup or raisins.

Anyport is a lot of fun. It has cool features that you won't find here.

I have had eggplant lasagna. It's o.k., but not something I would make often.

Off topic: Why are peaches in syrup featured as desserts in so many restaurants in México? It's boring and unimaginative.

"peaches in syrup "

Throw a jigger of Brandy on top-it's wonderful.

Probably the same reason as tinned lychees and ice cream being the one constant headliner (and on occasions the only option) in all Chinese restaurants across Australia.

Put it on top of a nice white cake (pound cake or lady's fingers) with a bit of Brandy and a large dollop of whipped cream and we're talking real dessert here!
