I've never tried spinach with lasagna, buy I am open to most variations as long as they don't included canned peaches in syrup or raisins.

Off topic: Why are peaches in syrup featured as desserts in so many restaurants in México? It's boring and unimaginative.

Probably the same reason as tinned lychees and ice cream being the one constant headliner (and on occasions the only option) in all Chinese restaurants across Australia.
