Which one to Choose?

I have two options with Quark Expeditions

1.Nov 4-13 Twin Window based on a double share. The rate is $6895 and with 15% off, for at $5860.75.
ship -Sea Adventurer .Only 122 guests.

2.Dec 1-11 a triple for $4995.00 Ship- Ocean Diamond with 189 passengers.

It is really difficult for me to choose.
Please help me .
Thanks a million in advance
Regards
Raj

I should have added as only 100 people can land at a time, on a 189 person ship that means every second landing you can't go.

Its not "with 180 people every other landing you can't go"

That's not how it works ... its a ferry system with the Zodiacs so that
not more than 100 people are ashore at once. Everybody gets to do every landing.

Its above 200 people that real problems arise.

On a boat of 189 people everybody does the landing as well, but....

On a big boat you will spend half of your time cruising and half on the land. If the weather is nice cruising is great if it is cloudy/raining or the water is choppy you want to be on land between the animals.
Cruising may be a total waste of time. In fine weather cruising is great as well.

All landing will be rushed as they have to land 2 big groups on the landing site. Some penguin colonies are a fair walk uphill from the landing site. It may take 30min or more to reach the colony in some places.
Go on a small ship.

I am just back from a sail out fly back option to the Antarctic peninsular. I sailed on the Sea Adventurer, a real ship with wonderful crew and a really knowledgeable 'Team' to look after and inform us. On our voyage there was a force 9 gale through the Drake which was ' exciting' to say the least, but I'd say that whatever the Drake throws at you Antarctica is worth every bit of it. If you don't sail out you risk missing the trip as planes can't always fly.(there has to be a window for the round trip).

The flight from King George Island is an adventure in itself. There are only 15kg allowed for the flight so anyone travelling for any length of time needs careful planning.
Have a great time!!
