Hostel Explora in La Candelaria, Bogota: avoid unless you like smoke-smell
This place could be a great hostel (location, cleaning-staff, beds, warm water) but...they don't respect non-smokers. Even in the common area, where you can eat, the staff smokes. When I told the administrator why she smokes there meanwhile a sign says clearly "no smoking here" she told me: "I won't go to the street every time I want to smoke".Another minus: the users kitchen: very poor equipped, there's nearly nothing to cook and a very tiny dirty fridge.
