The USS Midway, retired and on display in San Diego harbor has a large collection of military aircraft. The following link to their website brought up this.

a lot of aircraft there as well as a great museum that you can walk around and visit when they are open.

NAS Pensacola is where the Blue Angels are based. There's a military aviation museum on base and in general, it is fairly open to public access (or was when I was stationed there in 2003-2004). When they aren't doing shows you can see them training out the west sdie of the NAS.
