Toluca Airport to Mexico City: Easiest/Cheapest Way

I have been searching for weeks on how to get from TLC airport into Mexico City.

Is there a cab I could take straight from the airport into the city (preferably a cheap one)? How much should I expect to pay?

Are there shuttle buses/ regular buses that can take me directly from the airport into the city?

Thanks for any advice and help :D

There is a very efficient service named Caminante. They depart frequently from the parking lot in front of the airport.
