Cornwall pub stays

My parents are heading to the UK in August, and when they last went, albeit 13 years ago, apparently they had these vouchers for pub stays in the UK.

They were not gift vouchers as such, as they allowed them to move from pub to pub.

Does anyone know if they still exist?

No idea...

But if you're thinking of gifting them accom, if your wallet can currently take the hit, I can recommend the talland bay hotel in Porthallow. I dispatched the folks for their 40th and they loved it.

Suggest you look at the conditions on the vouchers and/or any other conditions to which they refer.

I live in Cornwall but have no knowledge of them, sorry! But there are plenty of lovely places to stay here, not just pubs....

There are a few voucher companies around, Smartbox being one that we've used. Even with vouchers though, you have to book ahead.

I don't know anything about vouchers, but there are many great pubs in Cornwall with accommodation. I'll recommend the Driftwood Spars as it's one of our favourites, and we've stayed there a couple of times. Not 5 star accommodation, but very friendly, and a superb location. Personally, we like rooms 13, 14 or 15 across the road with the garden outside and the stream running past. No sea view, but quieter than above the bar...
