and lets you have trips out of the Philippines every 59 days.
there is no point to pay php7350 when for LESS you can go out and come back.
the one year visa cost from 90 us dollars that is only $15=php600 per entry.

Overall it pays to get a one year multiple entry visaOnly possible though if you live in the country which issues your passport. Otherwise this option isn't open to you and you are lucky if any overseas Philippines embassy will give you a visa in advance! A lot of embassies in SEAsia either refuse to issue them telling people to get the 21 day visa waiver and extend in country or ask for so much information the applicants are put off applying.

once you factor in all the ancillary costs, terminal/departure fees, taxi and/or bus fares, lodging at your desitination place etc it probably will cost you plenty more than 7000. It only becomes a good idea if you really want to go to the place you are flying out of the Philippines to.also you might not have to pay the 7000 at the BoI office. I thought I was going to have to pay that last month for my 2nd extension, as my ACR-1 card was issued over two years ago. But it only cost me 4,200.
