Philippines Camping/Hiking
Hi Everyone. Planning to be in Philippines Feb 2013 and my girlfriend and I want to make it a camping trip this time. We will have our own tent, but plan on local food, water, etc. Have about five days to spend from Manila. Have already done Palawan and Mindoro, so thinking Luzon coast..maybe Anawangin Beach, 100 Islands, Pinatubo Lahar hiking? Any fresh information out there? Looking for other suggested sites or warnings. Thanks so much! Blu1
Pretty sure you can camp overnight on the Hundred Islands and they are well worth a visit, just ask at the Park Office in Lucap, also a beautiful empty beach at nearby Bolinao which is completely empty, just head around the headland at the Southern end of the main beach, also big empty beaches at Pandaquit..
