Xi'an accommodation??

I know the 7 Sages Hostel is top of the list but is it that good??

Am landing in April, want to stay 3 nights and budget $45 per night.

ANy other recommendations, would most welcome. We've been to China before and don't need a pool table loud music etc.

Main want is WiFi and a place to put our bicycles together as we're starting our 60 day ride from XiAn

I stayed in the Xiangzimen Hostel near South Gate for 3 nights in 2012 and it was fantastic. May be more "backpacker-ish" than you're aiming for, but they have private en-suite rooms, free wifi, a restaurant on the premises and its near the Bell Tower. 95% sure you'll be able to set up/keep your bikes there.
If you stay there get a room on the ground floor or upstairs - the basement can be a bit dark and poky.
