Getting dollars in Uruguay

Hi there,

Is it possible to get US dollars from a bank or ATM in Uruguay? Just curious -- as I would like to have cash to bring to Argentina, but don't want to carry it around South America.

I can get up to six hundred dollars a day with my VISA credit card, but the ATM does not give me more than 300 each time, which is unkind as each time I get money out they charge me an extra 4 Dollars, some kind of fee..
Better than standing in line at an Argentinian bank anyway...

Thanks, I'll be nervous carrying 600 or 700 dollars to Argentina, but I guess that's what I'll have to do!
