Does imigration still have a office in the ADO bus station an if so,do they still issue Fmm tourists forms there.

Just get the FMM at the bridge when you cross into Mexico. I don't know about the Matamoros central, but none of the bus stations in Nuevo Laredo have an INM station.

The patterns of bus travel into Mexico have changed over the last 5 years and not nearly as many bus trips to the interior by foreigners originate on the Mexican side of the border like in the past. .

There are always customs agents at the Matamores ADO station but doubt they do any Fmm work there. In all the years I have been through that station I have never seen anyone in the office.
Get your paperwork done at the bridge.

I agree with the others but would note that Customs agents dont do FMM work. That is for Immigration.
And good observations by no. 4. I lived in Laredo years ago and at that time the Immigration people were very active in the old central bus terminal. But, as said, patterns have now changed.

Its been three years since we crossed at Matamoros. Thought we would find an agent at the station, well we found the office. That was as close as we got to finding one there.

So, when we arrived in Chihuahua two days later we took care of it there.
