Hanoi-Haiphong Train

I went to the Vietnam Railways website to look up information on the Hanoi-Haiphong train. I did not see this train listed in the timetable section of the site. Does anybody know if trains still run on this line and, if so, when the trains run? Thanks in advance for all responses.

Thanks to the two responses. The seat61.com site gave me the info in English; the Hanoi site gave it to me in VIetnamese! From what I can tell, both had the same schedules. Thanks again for the help on this.

Save yourself a whole lot of hassle of the train schedule....Haiphong is actually the destination for all Halong bay shuttles and there are literally hundreds of them...a 4 hour drive with the mandatory WC stop at a souvenir place around $15.00, you can book anywhere, from the Halong Bay tours drop off, it's a $5 or $6 cab ride over the bridge to downtown Haiphong.

Still not the same as train travel, but your right, there are literally hundreds of those maniacs on the road every day.
