Hanyu Pinyin is a system for romanisation of Chinese; there's no specific relationship to English.

MTL, you may hearing Marathi, right?

I would say something like "nahin" i Hindi- depending on the instance, I would either give the "h" considerable sound, or pronounce it just like a "y" making it like "nayin".

Not is just like "na." Although, in some cases "nahin" means not as well- for example, I don't want it is "Mujhe nahin chahiye."

"Naa" will like "No!" as in surprise.

"nehe" ; I don't know what that means!

Other words you've mentioned are pretty similar, it really depends on how the person speaks.

But they aren't variants, for example no one is "koi nahin", but it could also mean "no problem."
Never is "kabhi nahin."

I prefer to give very less significance the last n sound, making it more like "nahi."
