Cycling from London - China

Hi,

In July last year i set off to cycle from Big Ben London to China in aid of raising money and awareness for the childrens charity International Childcare Trust.
Over the coming weeks i`ll be catching up with updating the blog if you fancy a read

Thanks labioz ,cheers!!:) ,I believe anyone can do something like it, in the way of pushing out of the comfort zone, whether cycling many miles or running just a few miles

The journey was amazing, going from each country to the next was interesting to see, from the people i met on the way to landscape of the countries, mind blowing, breathtaking,,yeh sometimes it got tiring and gauging when i needed rest was a thing to get used to as sometimes low on energy felt like lack of food, I did tried not cycle at night, sometimes got caught out as the sun dipped away,
