First question is when - Tibet is usually closed to foreign passport holders in March, and the closure (as in permits are not issued) can start earlier in February.From Lhasa (if you get there) to SE Asia, I'd say first fly to Kunming. From there you can go overland to Laos and into Thailand. For Myanmar, you need to fly - either from Bangkok or Kunming would make sense.
